I too am constantly learning...I love this, Suzanne.<br />I too am constantly learning about this ebb and flow to life. <br />One of the things I read (which I always try to go back to) is this idea of "If it's not an absolute YES, it's a NO." (I think it was from Cheryl Richardson). It's amazing how freeing this concept is. Of course, there are certain things that are not a choice, we are privileged that many things in our lives are a choice... and I find myself sometimes choosing to add, and add, and add some more - at the risk of my own sense of balance... until I remember this "absolute YES" concept.
